Return & Refund Policy

At HEMZO Resin Art & Crafts, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch.

Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product received has a manufacturing or quality defect.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the package and product condition.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, HEMZO may provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.

Products must be unused and in their original condition unless the issue is a defect or damage caused during delivery.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for handmade, customized, or personalized products.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by HEMZO or the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
